  1. Short: Derivative of XPR 2.10, allows for Zedzap fidonet sessions.

  4.   With the most recent beta's of Welmat, it is moving toward being a
  5. full XPR host with all transfer protocols (And then some) being made
  6. available in the form of an library conforming to the XPR
  7. specification.  This allows for a parallel development of support
  8. utilities not available previously, and allows other authors to both
  9. help in the development of Welmat supporting utilities, as well as
  10. making the protocols available to Welmat users also available to other
  11. authors.  This library is released under the GNU public licence.

  13.   This library is currently being modified both by myself, and by
  14. Yves (Author of Contact BBS).  This archive was made available
  15. by Yves himself, and he has offered to take over as keeper
  16. of sources for this library.  Please address comments to eithor of
  17. us.
